UK mainland delivery is £12.00 on our Trailback rigger boots with free returns and exchanges through DPD.

Delivery time is within 2 – 3 days after placing your order.
Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands & Northern Ireland delivery is £15.99
For overseas orders, postage costs are calculated according to area, unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns for overseas orders, however, where free returns are not provided, Paypal may assist with returns.

Accessories and clothing delivery costs are £4.99 through Royal Mail unless outside of the UK.

Our terms of delivery

  • We aim to have goods delivered within 2-3 days of receiving your order.
  • Delivery is Monday to Friday during business hours (Monday to Saturday in UK).
  • Orders are shipped Monday, Wednesday and Friday.


Delivery direct to your door:

A signature will be required upon delivery of your order.
If there is no one at the indicated nominated delivery address who can accept delivery of Products, the carrier will leave a notification card in your mail box and it will be re-delivered.

After 3 attempts your parcel will be returned back to the Trailback warehouse.
Please be aware that Saturday is not classed as a working day.
DPD can make deliveries on this day, however we are unable to guarantee a Saturday service.

It is our goal to deliver within the above mentioned times, although delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties and are subject to carriers’ local bank holidays. Deliveries could also be subject to some disruption due to Covid 19 restrictions.

Please note that we will be unable to change the delivery address on orders after checkout. Title to and risk of loss of your Products will pass to you when you take possession of the Products.


  1. We are very sorry but the Trailback website will not accept international orders this is due to variations in shipping costs, please contact Trailback direct on: customerservice@trailback.co.uk and we will advise you further.

  2. Trailback will not be able to arrange or cover the costs of any international returns, these costs must be covered by the customer.
    However in some cases when paying by Paypal they will offer reimbursement of returns costs, please check details with Paypal locally to find out more prior to placing your order.

  3. If an international exchange is required, you will need to arrange for the return to the UK at your own expense.
    Trailback will only cover the exchange shipping costs out from the UK up to a maximum of the standard fee for UK returns and for a single exchange only.
