We firmly stand behind everything we produce.

Our warranty is an expression of our confidence in the material and workmanship of our products, and assures unsurpassed quality for

rugged, dependable products.
Our rigger boots are built to last, however no footwear can last forever (even ours!).

Please be aware that these boots are not safety boots and must not be used for any work purposes.
Trailback boots have been developed for walking and leisure use only. Any damage or failure of the boot caused by work use will be outside of the warranty and any repair required will be at Trailback’s discretion following inspection of the boot.
If we find our boots are used for any work use this will invalidate your warranty.

If a defect occurs in a Trailback branded footwear product as a result of normal use (as above)Trailback customer services will inspect the product and consumers may be offered a replacement or repair depending on the defect.

If a repair is warranted, we will need to send your faulty Trailback to our manufacturers in Spain to ensure any repairs are completed to our high standards.
We apologise for any delay this may cause, but this may take up to 6 weeks for this process to be fully investigated and completed on your behalf.

If there is a waterproofing failure with your Trailbacks, we will need to despatch them to the Sympatex laboratory in Germany for full and thorough testing and investigation to identify the reasons for the failure.
We sincerely apologise, but again this may take up to 6 weeks to perform all the tests required.

This warranty is available only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
No adjustment will be given without the original receipt of purchase.
Any gifted products will not be covered by this warranty.

If you believe you have purchased a defective Trailback product, please follow the specific guidelines below:

Make sure to have your original receipt with you.

  1. Contact Customer Services at customerservice@trailback.co.uk and request a Warranty Returns form.   A pre-paid returns label will be provided for mainland customers.  For any areas outside of the mainland customers will be required to pay the extra postage costs for the return.
  2. Complete the form, include your original receipt and return with the Trailbacks to the address below which will be on your pre-paid label.
  3. Take your parcel to your nearest Collectplus store which you can find on their website at www.collectplus.co.uk
  4. Please obtain a proof of postage receipt and keep this safe until the Trailbacks have been received.
