Trailback Rigger Boot

We firmly stand behind everything we produce.
Our warranty is an expression of our confidence in the material and workmanship of our products, and assures unsurpassed quality for rugged, dependable products.
Our rigger boots are built to work hard, however no footwear can last forever (even ours!).

If a defect occurs in a Trailback branded footwear product as a result of normal use, Trailback customer services will inspect the product and consumers may be offered a credit, replacement or repair depending on the defect.
If a repair is warranted, we will need to send your faulty Trailback to our manufacturers in Spain to ensure any repairs are completed to our high standards.
We apologise for any delay this may cause, but this may take up to 6 weeks for this process to be fully investigated and completed on your behalf.

If there is a waterproofing failure with your Trailbacks, we will need to despatch them to the Sympatex laboratory in Germany for full and thorough testing and investigation to identify the reasons for the failure.
We sincerely apologise, but this may take up to 6 weeks to perform all the tests required.

This warranty is available only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
No adjustment will be given without the original receipt of purchase.  Any  gifted products will not be covered by this warranty.
You must return your footwear at your own expense via the Post Office signed for service.
This amount will be refunded to you where a genuine fault is found with our Trailback product.

If you believe you have purchased a defective Trailback product, please follow the specific guidelines below:

  1. Make sure to have your original receipt with you.
  2. Contact Customer Services at and request a Warranty Returns form.
  3. Complete the form and return this with the Trailbacks to the address below.
  4. Please obtain a proof of postage receipt and keep this safe.

  5. Trailback will advise you on receipt of the Trailbacks and then following the outcome of our investigations.
